Acupressure - Massage - Consultation

Tuina massage is an integral part of Traditional Chinese Medicine and has been used and developed for thousands of years. It is used both preventively and supportively to maintain and restore health.
As a certified Tuina practitioner and TCM nutrition consultant, my holistic approach aims primarily to recognize the internal processes in the body and to balance deficiencies or excesses.
A primary goal is always to strengthen the immune system and the body's self-healing abilities , and to build up and properly circulate energy (Qi) in the body. Upon request, I am also happy to provide individual tips on acupressure, nutrition, Qi Gong exercises, or possible lifestyle changes as suggestions for self-help.

Tuina massage
Tuina massage consists of a variety of massage strokes and techniques. During the massage, acupressure points are also repeatedly worked on, tailored to the specific problem being addressed.
The name TUINA refers to two important techniques: Tui means "pushing" and Na means "grasping". Muscle and fascial techniques are used that work deeper into the muscle layer, releasing tension and resolving adhesions.
This massage technique is actually called "Tuina Anmo Massage" in its full form. ANMO incorporates gentler strokes, often used preventively and for wellness purposes; they have a relaxing and harmonizing effect. An: "press," Mo: "circle."
Ear acupressure and Zhu needles
Ear acupressure is particularly helpful for musculoskeletal pain and problems with addiction. A small metal rod is used to locate pressure-sensitive points on the ear, and then a Vaccaria seed or a gold or silver bead is applied. Applying pressure triggers a nerve stimulus that, due to its proximity to the brain, acts very quickly and draws the pain away from the affected area.
Zhu needles are comfortable, heavy metal rods with rounded tips in various shapes, often used on the head to provide relief from stress and depressive moods. They are also used on certain meridians and acupuncture points on the body. Their effect is similar to that of acupuncture needles, but without the need to puncture the skin.

Moxibustion, cupping and other methods
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has an extensive repertoire of complementary procedures that provide additional support for various disorders.
Moxa is made from the medicinal herb mugwort and is burned close to the body over acupuncture points in the form of cones or cigars, or applied directly to the skin as adhesive moxa. It strengthens, warms, dries, and has antispasmodic properties.
Gua Sha (scraping) and cupping are both techniques that specifically activate the immune system by creating petechiae in the skin.
Additionally, I like to use my TDP heat lamp , warming, cooling or blood-moving oils or ointments , and advice on Western and Chinese herbs.
PRICES
Therapy prices vary depending on the duration and type of application. Standard guideline prices are as follows:
Initial consultation including initial treatment, approx. 1 hour: €80

Follow-up treatment (one-time 45 min): €60
Follow-up treatment (one-time 30 min): €45

During the initial consultation, I will create an individual therapy plan - this will also include a discussion of the length of the individual treatments, the duration of the therapy, and therefore the price.

Time for body and soul
In my practice, we take the time during an initial consultation to create a treatment plan using Chinese tongue and pulse diagnosis. The massage is generally performed over clothing, but some techniques are applied directly to the skin, including application of oils and complementary procedures. I always work closely with my clients to find the appropriate approach.
